B2B online reservation system

CheckCharlie is an online reservation system dedicated and accessible for travel professionals only. The rates and reservation procedure are accessible for logged in users only.
We have been running online reservation system for several years already, but in April 2011 we
introduced its completely new version offering wider possibilities like combination of hotel and additional services (dynamic packaging) as well as pre-arranged packaged tours.

  • How can you benefit from checkCharlie online reservation system?

    Using checkCharlie online reservation system, we can offer you:

    • Online booking 24/7/365 – instant confirmation for ONLINE capacities with no need for reconfirmation from our Sales Supervisors. You can book hotels and services ONLINE and confirm them to your clients immediately and any time you need – no matter if weekend, bank holidays or different time zone.
    • Always up-to-date capacities and rates – giving you best available rates valid at the moment of reservation
    • Possibility to book not only hotel but also additional services using dynamic packaging (available for both Prague and Budapest)
    • Giving you sales ideas through Tours and Packages and Events products
  • How can I get access to the full version of the system?

    You can browse through the system without any limits. Without log-in, you cannot see the confidential rates and cannot make any reservation. To get access to the full version of the system showing prices and offering online reservations, you need to become a registered user. Feel free to request your unique log-in here.

  • Where to start?

    Hotels and Services offer dynamic packaging – start here if you need to book ad hoc hotel and regular additional services for FITs.

    Tours and Packages offer variety of pre-arranged packaged tours – start here if you wish to book one of our packaged products like City break packages, Central Europe packages or Thematic packages.

    Events offer packaged tours focused on main cultural, sports or other specific events – start here if you are interested in any specific cultural or thematic event (popular concerts, festivals, fairs, Christmas/Ester markets)

  • How does the system work?

    The system includes ONLINE and ON REQUEST hotel capacities and packaged tours, all of them bookable. ONLINE capacities offer you instant confirmation. ON REQUEST capacities have to be reconfirmed by our Sales Supervisor. Reservation is made in three steps:

    • Search the best suitable hotel/package for your client
    • Select specific travel dates and room type (multiple rooms can be booked in one reservation), add on regular services,
    • Submit the reservation – at this moment, the reservation has been made in the system and you can see the Reservation summary on your screen.
    The same reservation summary is delivered to your email as the confirmation of the booking made.

    ONLINE capacities/packages are taken as confirmed by OK-TOURS at this moment. ON REQUEST capacities/packages have to be reconfirmed by our Sales Supervisor. Further on you will be contacted by our Sales Supervisor regarding payment, vouchers etc.

  • What is included in the hotels and services price?

    All the rates are NET in EUR and include all taxes applicable at the moment of reservation. As the tax policy might change, OK-Tours reserve right to change the rates accordingly. Information about included services and taxes is clearly visible on each reservation page regarding the booking in process.

  • What is included in the package tour price?

    The services included in the package tour price vary depending on the tour type. Each package tour shows you its details before the reservation can be made. Services included in the package price (like total of overnights, arrival transfer, tickets to culture events, etc.) are listed in tour details.

  • Can I cancel or change my reservation once it has been made?

    To cancel or change your booking, you can go to the „List of reservation“ and take action accordingly. Or, you can contact the Sales Supervisor direct with no need to look for your reservation in the system. Cancellation charges will apply in accordance with the booking/cancellation policy of the given hotel/package tour.

  • Does the checkCharlie system have a standard cancellation policy?

    The general cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel are advised during the reservation procedure as well as in the reservation summary e-mail. Please make sure to always check them as the conditions may vary for each hotel/package tour.
