On receipt of the details from us, please enter the username and the password to access checkCharlie™.

Please follow the instructions as you go step by step through the system. The test login will allow you to access our contracted hotels in Prague, Bratislava and Budapest, check our special offers and to also try how the booking would be made. The suggested way how to book and get the best deals at the same time is to use general search criteria. Doing so, you will see the best offers for the given hotel category.

Once you have submitted Partnership Registration Form you will receive your personal access details to checkCharlie™ system, i.e. a unique username and password.

As a real user, you agree and accept to keep your access details solely for your business. You are not, and will not be, authorized at any time or in any conditions, to disclose these details to a third party. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of the Co-operation Agreement by OK-TOURS and in forfeiture of any payments due OK-TOURS that have already been remitted to us.

Payments for bookings made via of checkCharlie™ may be made as follows:

• On-line, i.e. via debiting your corporate credit card
• Via bank transfer, which is recommended for payments for bookings with total value over 200 Euro. This transaction may be of advantage due to lower bank charges compared to a credit card payment.

Important: Please note that the confirmation of your booking at checkCharlie™ system is subject to successful receipt of your payment by OK-TOURS. It is not therefore generated automatically but it comes from one of our Sales Supervisors after prior checking whether the payment has been safely received.
Please note that all rates in the System are valid for individuals (FITs). Rates for tourist groups and corporate events (seminars, conferences, incentives) shall be quoted on request.
